Why I Stopped Watching Relationship Red Pill

- If every relationship in your life goes badly, look for the common denominator — it is you. Focus on what you can change in yourself, and if you can change nothing else, change your thoughts.
- Blaming women, the government, your job, or anyone else for your disappointments surrenders your agency; as long as you put the blame on others you are "blue-pilled," not red-pilled. Face the consequences of your own choices and learn from them instead.
- Be grateful for every past relationship, intimate or not — the other person invested their time and part of their life, and in retrospect those experiences (and the music tied to them) remain beautiful and worth reliving rather than resenting.
- Do not be a slave to anything: another person's will, your desires, food, or pharmaceuticals. You do not need sexual intimacy to survive, you do not need three prepared meals a day (eating less is even healthier), and depending on daily pills hands your freedom to drug companies.
- Keep your inner freedom regardless of circumstances, the way Viktor Frankl kept his mind free inside Auschwitz — even inside "the Matrix" you can think outside it.
- Avoid arrangements that give away all your leverage, like spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to sponsor a partner into the country — once she arrives she can lose nothing and you can lose everything, so she holds the upper hand forever.
- Everyone has agendas, including you; accept that instead of getting angry about it, and savor every second you are with someone rather than being resentful later.
- Nothing lasts — relationships, your body, your health, your youth, even family members. Accept impermanence, don't cling, and appreciate and make the most of what you have while it is your turn.
